Urgence needs for the hospital

1. Upgrading one of the hospital’s operating rooms :

This includes :

• Ceiling-mounted surgical light set : Composed of 2 -3 light sources and each light. Source has the-following characteristics :
• Illumination - 100,000 lux
• color temperature - 42OOk-5000k
• The price of the set is about $25,000.
• Mobile Surgical Light : Qty = 2
• Illumination of each > 75000 lux
• The price of each unit is about $6,000.
• Total price of 2 lights is about $12,000.
• Electrohydrautic Surgical Table : Qty = 1. The price of a table with needed accessories is about $30,000.
• Anesthesia Machine : Qty = 1. The price is around $40,000.
• Anesthesia Monitor : Qty = 1. Tbe price of such monitor with needed anesthesia parameters is about $15,000.
• Scrub Unit : QtY = 1. The price of one unit double sink is about $9000.

2. Heart-lung Machine (bypass machine) ; Qty = 1. To be used in open heart surgeries. The used machine becomes dangerous and threatens the lives of our patients and the manufacturer informs us that they stopped producing any spare parts for this old model from the beginning of year 2000. The price is about $150,000.
3. Steam Sterilizer : Qty = 1. To solve the continuons troubles and problems of the very old sterilizers in our CSSD Department and the high load on these devices. The price of a new steam sterilizer is $90,000.
4. Upgrading our Catheterization Lab.
5. Monitors for the CCU : Qty = 5. The price of each monitor = $10,000. Total price of 5 monitors = $50,000.
6. Blood Bank Freezer : Qty = 1. The cost of this freezer with temp. -40°C is about $20,000.
7. Sealing Machine for the CSSD Department : Qty = 2. The price for one machine = $5,000. Total price of 2 machines = $10,000.
8. Hyper/Hypothermia System : Qty = 1. For the operating theatre. The price is about $10,000.
9. Image Intensifier (C-Arm) : QtY = 1. For the operating theatre. The price is $80,000.
10. Cauteries (Electrosurgical Units) : Qty = 4. The price of each unit is $8,000. Total price of 4 units = $32,000.
11. Ventilator for Neonatal Department : Qty = 1. The price is about $30,000.
12. Laparoscopic Instruments. The price is about $10,000.
13. NIBP Monitor : Qty = 3. The price of each is $5,000. Total price of 3 monitors is $15,000.
14. Defibrillator : Qty = 2. The price is $8,000. Total price of 2 defibrillators is $16,000.
